Hmmm... it says on her profile on Wikipedia that Requiem is one of her exhibitions.

But I'd love if it were she SP.

Miki will be on NTV Monday doing a bit of a commentator on a program named "Toyota ECO Special".

Most of the program will consist of 3 videos showing each the idol Kanjani, one boy respectively, researching his ecological theme. Miki will be in the TV studio.

I think it's one of the dresses she chose for the SOI Japan Tour Sept 2008.
I've heard she damaged it in the middle of that tour.
I've also heard that it was modified from an alternate for her LP at the Worlds 2007 in Tokyo.

I found this fluff about Nobunari and Miki at the 2009 Ice Jewelry. Miki appears skating to her Requiem program. It's beautiful! The dress is just so fantastic and she seems to be in very good shape! Her spiral is better than last season and she does the cutest thing after the 2A in practice!

According to the Japanese media telling the departure of Miki to the US, she must have arrived in NJ by now.

She will complete the making of her new SP and LP, which according to her, very energetic the former and story-telling (dramatic) the latter.

In September 18th, Miki Ando (Toyota Motor) who was 3rd place in the Worlds which was held in March, had an interview with us in Hackensack in NJ in US where is her training base, and revealed her will to the Vancouver Olympics aiming at the medal, while saying "I must train hard with steady intention because it becomes very important season for me".

She is polishing the performance which is aimed at the Olympics with Nobunari Oda etc, in the rink. In the morning practice of this day, she showed the consecutive triple jump combination which she attempts in FS, but she spared many time for checking the detailed movement of the spin, the spiral and the step, which are "the problems to be solved" which she lists up while saying "To be insufficient for me is the expressive power and the flexibility".

The first competition in this season of Ando is the "Cup of Russia" (Moscow) on the end of October.


Miki looks so wonderful! Her Arabasque spiral looks much better! Go for gold, Miki!
