Another major new earthquake magnitude 7.1 in Japan

I saw in the news today, Japan has had another major earthquake. This one a magnitude 7.1

Seems to have been located in similar location as earlier one, in the northeast.

My prayers are with everyone in Japan.

Hope everyone is safe.

And I hope there are no more earhquakes.

I hope the consecutive quakes won't evoke another big one in the Tokyo area ....

But what will come will come so there's no point in being afraid of possibilities ... we'll just do our uitimate best to minimize the harms and maximize our welfare. Too easy to say but got to say this now as cheers.

Yet another earthquake in Japan!
The experts predict in the coming weeks other replicas generated by the magnitude 9 earthquake that hit Japan on March 11. After this event all tectonic forces in the region have been disrupted, and these aftershocks are a kind of adjustment at regional level. But the powers of shocks will decrease with time.
In March, the biggest damage was done by the tsunami, no earthquakes.
