Miki says here that she went to bake herself to the tan-salon near the rink in Simsbury to get rid of her every day chill, but also says blushingly "write it as one of the means to look Cleopatra."

Miki lived up to my expectations a long time ago and nothing that happens in Vancouver will change that. I just wish I could tell her that in person but alas its not to be. Team Japan: 3 on the podium! It can happen.

• She breaks in 2 pairs of skates to get a better one for the Olympics.

• She will debut 2 new costumes that would go with the Olympic ice rink; SP is a variation of the current one in a different color (same design?) and FS is designed in the 'symmetric' image. hmm… can't wait to see them!

Actually I don't like that blue & green painted wall of the ice rink. hmm... What color costumes would go nice with it??
